Experienced leadership. Coordinated production.

One lead for your audio, lighting, LED video, staging, cameras and broadcast, so your event runs as one show.

It starts behind a board.

The challenge

A live event has a lot of moving parts. Too often, nobody is holding all of them.

Sound, lighting, screens, cameras and staging usually come from different crews who meet for the first time at load-in. When they do not line up, the audience can feel it.

The logistics

Separate vendors, separate plans and cues that do not match, all due on the same day.

The worry

You are responsible for the room and you cannot be everywhere. It is hard to relax until the show is over.

The standard

The people in your room should not notice the technology. They should feel the event.

Your guide

I have stood on both sides of the stage.

I started working in production as a teenager behind a Yamaha analog soundboard in church. Since then I have played music, operated systems, led an installation, supported tournament broadcast workflows and worked alongside production crews. That experience helps me understand what an event needs and who to bring together.

How it works

Three steps to a coordinated production.

  1. 1

    Tell us about your event

Call or send the form. We ask about your goal, your audience and your venue.

  2. 2

    Get one clear plan

We assemble the partner equipment and specialist crews and give you a single plan for every department.

  3. 3

    Relax on show day

One lead on site keeps everything on the same page from load-in to the final cue.

What changes

From managing vendors to hosting your own event.

Without one lead

  • Departments working from different plans
  • Cues that do not line up
  • A room that feels disconnected
  • You troubleshooting during your own event

With Diamond Level

  • One production plan that everyone follows
  • Audio, video and cameras cued together
  • A room that looks and sounds like one show
  • You free to focus on your guests
